Pull Trigger, Shoot Foot

Everytime I seem to build up any amount of steam oin this blog, I manage to ignore it for a while. I even had something of a READERSHIP going there. alas, it was not meant to be.

SO, wow, lotsa stuff... STUFF... going on with me.

1. I am not moving anywhere in the near future.
2. My job title is (don't laugh): Director of Engineering
3. I am single.

so, let's see... the man you knew before? He's somehow.. I don't know... different?

I should probably go into detail on some of these points, but I just don't have the energy right now. SO, let's do a quick run down:

Just read "Suite Francais" and "A Short History of Nearly Everything", and must say I was pleased with both. Suite Francais was shocking as it appears something good could actually come from France (oh, zing! how you all missed that!).

Listening to a band call "Working For A Nuclear Free City" and liking that. dancy kind of music.

I spent an extended weekend in Costa Rica for a wedding, had a blast hanging with a down south family. I'd recommend the place to anyone, it was pretty amazing. Stayed in a place called Quepos.

Finally got caught up with Battlestar. The best par about the last episode of season three? The entire episode I was grumbling.. ugh, this sucks... no they're not gonna... oh, god... oh, COME ON.... iw... and the, 5 minutes left in the show? BIG smile. I LOVED it. t wasn't what they did - which I'm still on the fence about - but how they did it... it reallty lit a fire under my ass (is that the right expression?)

hmmm.... anything else? I'm sure, but that will have to wait for the next exciting installment of: this blog.
